5 min. of walking not including school.











My fitness goal this term is to be able to score 10-20 points in 30 seconds.(Basketball)

I can achieve this by participating lots in pe. I plan to also be able to achieve this only in school. ( I will be doing outside of school aswell, this is my plan.)Below you will see my chart I will check every two days.(Or anytime I get on my computer.)

I have not done a thing so I will do 5-20 points in 30 secs. Yes, so easy, I just need to keep up with it.

I can so not do this...
if you talk to me why here is my answer...
I have not done anything phisical other than school.
(Unless video games and eating cookies is an exercise ( maybe if you are 1000 pounds)

Oh My God...
If I want to do this I have too do run 1 hour a day and basketball 3 hours a week.


Did none of the stuff but swam lots.(With Kevin on friday yah:D)
